REMINDER: Summer is right around the corner, and that means it's time for the West Orange-Cove CISD summer feeding program! This program provides free, nutritious meals for students during the summer so they can stay healthy and active. 🍎🥪🥦
All students under the age of 18 are welcome; they do not need to be enrolled at West Orange-Cove CISD to participate. Meals will be provided at the campuses below for the given dates, Monday through Thursday, with breakfast served from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. and lunch served from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

The Read & Roll Bus will also be around June 1st - 30th at the following locations from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

West Orange-Stark Middle School held its 8th-Grade Celebration ceremony this morning, as the Class of 2030 makes the leap from Stallions to Mustangs. Students, continue to work hard as you enter your final years at WOCCISD. Your future is bright and full of possibilities!

Mustangs, please note that the last day of school, May 21, is a FULL day, NOT a half day. This change was made in March to ensure the District met the minimum operational minutes required by the TEA.

Starting Friday, May 22, Dan R. Hooks Stadium and field will be closed for repairs until further notice. The community will be notified once the stadium is open to the public again.

Check out all this amazing art from last night's 3rd Annual West-Orange Stark Middle School Art Show. The gallery featured dozens of pieces covering a variety of subjects, including still life, history, science fiction, fantasy, memory, and more. The students' creativity, technical skill, and hard work were on full display.

Today, WOCCISD thanks our school nurses for the countless ways they make a difference, often behind the scenes. Your expertise, patience, and kindness create a foundation of trust and care that strengthens our entire community. We see you, we appreciate you, and we are so grateful for everything you do.

Rounding out today's Cinco de Mayo programs, West Orange-Stark Middle School pulled out all of the stops. Students performed skits to teach about the history of the celebration, recited poems, the band performed some exciting songs, and the dancers showed off moves infused with several different styles of Latin dance
