Stallions who had perfect attendance for the first 6 weeks of school got a special treat during lunchtime last Friday when they stopped by the dirty soda bar. Students could choose a Coke or Sprite base, add vanilla or strawberry syrup, and top it with a healthy dollop of whipped cream! Showing up to class sure is sweet!

These students don't miss a beat when it comes to attendance. 🕺💃

Today, the 7th graders at West Orange-Stark Middle School got to bust a move in the gym for having the highest attendance rate during the first 6-week grading period. Congratulations Stallions!

The WOS Mustang Cross Country team will compete in the West Sabine Invitational tomorrow at West Sabine HS in Pineland. Let's root for our Mustangs to go the distance!

On this 25th Anniversary of the September 11 Attacks, West Orange-Cove CISD honors Patriot Day- remembering those who lost their lives, and recognizing the courage and sacrifice of the first responders, service members, and everyday heroes who provided aid during this national tragedy.

🚨 IMPORTANT HOMECOMING PARADE LINEUP CHANGE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! 🚨

Due to the recent rain and wet field conditions, the lineup location for today’s Homecoming Parade has changed.

⚠️ WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING THE FIELD AT CALVARY BAPTIST CHURCH FOR PARADE LINEUP.

The field is currently too wet, and we do not want vehicles, trailers, or floats getting stuck.

📍 NEW LINEUP LOCATION: AUSTIN STREET

Vehicles, Floats & Trailers:
• Please enter the lineup area using Austin Street.
• Vehicles will line up along the back street in a DOUBLE LINE.
• Please follow the provided lineup template showing where vehicles should line up and how we will merge into the parade route.
• Please DO NOT enter or park in the field at Calvary Baptist Church.

🚶 Walking Groups/Participants:
If you are walking in the parade, please meet near the park and wait there with your group. When it is your group’s turn in the parade lineup, you will be directed to enter the parade.

👀 SPECTATOR INFORMATION:
Spectators are encouraged to park and find viewing areas from Jasper Street forward along the parade route for the best view of the parade. Please avoid the Austin Street lineup area so we can keep it clear for parade participants, floats, and vehicles.
Please review the attached lineup template carefully before arriving so everyone knows where to go. Following the new lineup plan will help us keep everyone safe, prevent vehicles from getting stuck, and keep the parade moving smoothly.
