The WOS Middle School Football scrimmage vs. C.O. Wilson has been cancelled for tomorrow, September 1st.
West Orange-Cove CISD is keeping track of Potential Tropical Cyclone 5 in the northern Gulf. Current models indicate the storm system will make landfall along the Southeast Texas coast sometime Tuesday afternoon. West Orange-Cove CISD recently learned of an accident that claimed the lives of two teenagers in Newton on Saturday night. In light of this tragic event, the district offers its deepest sympathies to their families and the entire Newton community. We stand by you during this difficult time.

Western Avenue closes to traffic at 5 p.m.
Spectators may begin lining the parade route at 4 p.m.
Parade participants should arrive by 5:30 p.m. at Calvary Baptist Church.

Mustang Nation, as football season kicks into gear, here's a reminder of the policies enforced at West Orange-Cove CISD facilities. These policies help ensure the safety of all attendees, so that everyone can have fun and enjoy the game!
🎫 No Re-Entry
If a spectator leaves the facility during an event, they will not be allowed to re-enter without purchasing a new ticket.

👜Clear Bag/Purse Policy
Bags must be clear and no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". All bags entering the facility are subject to inspection.
🚫The following items are prohibited from entry:
No outside food and drinks
No water bottles or Stanley cups
No tobacco or vaping products
No backpacks
No weapons
No airhorns
No flowers, confetti, or balloons (indoors)
Failure to adhere to these policies or comply with district personnel will result in ejection from the facility.
