Congratulations to Shanter Norman, the new Chief of Police for West Orange-Cove CISD! He has worked for the district for nearly three years, and not only protects our Mustangs but also mentors them as well. Norman has always strived to provide safety and security to our district. We are all excited to have Officer Norman as our new Chief!
Congratulations to Julie Beavers, the new Director & Principal of North Early Learning Center! With nearly 25 years in education, she has built strong educational foundations for our Mustangs. Beavers has held multiple leadership and instructional roles within West Orange–Cove CISD, including classroom teacher, instructional coach, and Education Coordinator at North Early Learning Center. We are so excited to have her as our new director & principal!

The Andre Robertson Academy baseball camp, hosted by WOS Baseball, was a resounding success! The entire day centered on player development, sharpening skills, and giving back to our incredible WOS community. It was inspiring to see the next generation of athletes bring so much energy, focus, and passion to the field!
An event of this scale thrives on community support. We want to extend our thanks to the WOS Baseball Boosters for their incredible generosity! They stepped up to provide camp t-shirts for our athletes and lunch to fuel our hard-working camp counselors and coaching staff.
