REMINDER: Summer is right around the corner, and that means it's time for the West Orange-Cove CISD summer feeding program! This program provides free, nutritious meals for students during the summer so they can stay healthy and active. 🍎🥪🥦
All students under the age of 18 are welcome; they do not need to be enrolled at West Orange-Cove CISD to participate. Meals will be provided at the campuses below for the given dates, Monday through Thursday, with breakfast served from 7:30 - 8:30 a.m. and lunch served from 10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Yesterday, WOS Director of Athletics, Coach Hiawatha Hickman, was honored at the Museum of the Gulf Coast as a recipient of the Bum Phillips Golden Triangle High School Coach of the Year Award. Congratulations coach! It's truly been an unforgettable year for the Mustangs!

As our senior Mustangs leave high school, they're passing on the torch- and their caps - to the next generation of Mustangs. Keep that #MustangMomentum going!

Before they take that final walk across the stage, the Class of 2026 took one more stroll down memory lane for their Senior Walk. Seniors visited the campuses they grew up in, starting at North Early Learning Center, before making their way through WOS Elementary and WOS Middle School, and completing the walk through the halls of WOS High School.

From the cheers of the classes that will come after them, to the hugs from teachers and staff who changed their lives, these Mustangs were beaming with pride as they retraced the steps of their educational journey at West Orange-Cove CISD. #LetsGoMustangs 🐎🤍💙

The Class of '26 came together one last night for their Senior Sunset, a chance to reflect on all the friendships they've made, achievements they've earned, and memories they'll never forget.

After a year of putting in the work in the classroom, on testing, and with extracurriculars, Mustangs at West Orange-Stark High School enjoyed a much-deserved field day on the last Friday of class. ☀️🏃🏿‍♂️🏃‍♀️

Students got to participate in a variety of engaging physical and social activities, from outdoor sports, a bounce house, a water slide, a mechanical bull, video games, board games, D&D, and basketball games between grade levels (culminating in the staff vs. seniors game!)

Great job, Mustangs, for always giving 112%! 🐎

This past Saturday, students received either their associate degree or a certificate of completion in a professional field of study BEFORE their high school diploma during the 2026 LSCO Commencement Ceremony. We're so proud of our Mustangs for the hard work and dedication they've put into this massive achievement! 🐎💙🤍

Mustangs, please note that the last day of school, May 21, is a FULL day, NOT a half day. This change was made in March to ensure the District met the minimum operational minutes required by the TEA.

With WOSHS Graduation just a few days away, we want to recognize our Top 10% graduates! These students worked incredibly hard to maintain their grades and to participate in various school, civic, and athletic organizations! These graduates will walk across the stage with #mustangmomentum as they begin the next exciting chapter of their lives!

Starting Friday, May 22, Dan R. Hooks Stadium and field will be closed for repairs until further notice. The community will be notified once the stadium is open to the public again.

At the annual WOSHS Scholarship Night ceremony, our Mustangs earned a grand total of $1,898,150 in academic, athletic, and military scholarships! This total not only reflects the hard work of our students but also the unwavering support of the community and their dedication to our Mustangs!
