WOCCISD accepts Chevron Phillips 313 agreement
West Orange - Cove CISD Board of Trustees accepted a 313 value limitation agreement from Chevron Phillips in January 2019. The agreement is currently in the application phase. Chapter 313 School Value Limitation Agreement documents are on the Comptroller's website.

Teacher and Staff Professional Qualifications
All West Orange-Cove CISD parents may request information regarding the professional qualifications of their child’s teachers, including whether a teacher has met state qualification and licensing criteria for the grade levels and subject areas in which the teacher provides instruction; whether the teacher has an emergency permit or other provisional status for which state requirements have been waived; and whether the teacher is currently teaching in the field of discipline of his or her certification. You also have the right to request information about the qualifications of any paraprofessional who may provide services to your child.
Career and Technical Education Methods of Administration
West Orange Cove-CISD offers career and technical education programs in Audio/Visual, Health Science, Manufacturing, Distribution and Logistics, Education and Training, Law, Public Safety, Corrections and Security, Human Services, and Architecture and Construction. Admission to these programs is based on enrollment at West Orange-Stark High School unless it is a dual credit offering, in which case attendance and behavior referrals are part of a holistic decision-making process.

Website Notice Regarding the Refusal of Entry to or Ejection of an Individual from District Property
The District has the right to refuse entry to or eject a person from property under the District’s control if the person refuses to leave peaceably upon request and:
- The individual poses a substantial risk of harm to any person; or
- The individual continues to behave in a manner inappropriate for the school setting after having received a verbal or written warning to cease the inappropriate behavior.
A person ejected from or refused entry to District property under this provision may appeal this action by filing an appeal under FNG(LOCAL) or GF(LOCAL). [See the links listed below.]
