WOS Elementary Kindergarten Roundup, Tuesday, May 24 from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
We will also have a vaccination clinic for students that need to be up-to-date on their vaccinations. Parents will need to bring a copy of the child's shot record. They will offer Dtap/IPV combination, MMRV (MMR and Varicella combination), and Hep A vaccines. There will be a $5.00 charge for each vaccine, (ex: if they get a Dtap/IVP and MMRV it will be $10.00). They do not take insurance. A parent or guardian must be present.
