West Orange – Stark High School will hold a parent meeting Wednesday, February 27 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. in the senior cafeteria to discuss STAAR after school tutorials.
After school tutorials will be held Monday through Thursday. They have already begun for all 11th grade students in need of assistance on the English & Math TAKS. After school tutorials will begin for 9th and 10th grade students needing assistance on the English End of Course Exam on Monday, March 4. Science, math, and social studies End of Course tutorials will begin in April. Transportation home will be provided.
The West Orange – Stark High School Instructional Leadership team will provide additional information regarding after school tutorial times, as well as tutorial start and end dates for science, math, and social studies at the meeting.
All parents of 9th through 11th grade students are encouraged to attend.
