NOTICE OF West Orange-Cove CISD'S DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN
The West Orange-Cove CISD utilizes a "annualized compensation plan" for all employees. This plan provides that compensation to West Orange-Cove CISD employees will be paid in twelve monthly installments over a 12-month pay period. Every employee will receive his/her paycheck on the same day each month.
This compensation plan applies to both contract and non-contract employees.
