NOTICE OF West Orange-Cove CISD’S DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN

 The West Orange-Cove CISD will continue its “annualized compensation plan” for all employees, effective at the beginning of the 2007-2008 school year.  This plan provides that compensation to West Orange-Cove CISD employees will be paid in twelve monthly installments over a 12-month pay period.   Every employee will receive his/her paycheck on the same day each month as he/she did during the 2006-2007 school year.

This compensation plan applies to both contract and non-contract employees.
