How to Reset Your Password for Your District Email Account

Changes have been implemented to alleviate the need for multiple passwords for different district accounts… ie: Network logon, email, and Skyward.  The passwords for your district email account and your Skyward account are now directly tied to your district network account information.  While you are in the district, logged into your district network account, you have the option to change your network logon account password.  Doing so will also force a password change to your email and Skyward accounts. Below are the instructions on how to reset your district network account password.

For users on a Windows XP computer…

While logged into your district network account, hit the
CTRL + ALT + DEL key combination to access the following screen...

From this screen, click the “Change Password” button to access this screen...

You will need to put your current password into the box marked “Old Password”, and then put your new password into both the “New Password” and “Confirm New Password” boxes.

Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length.

***Google Mail does not like insecure passwords, so to alleviate any issues with Google passwords, it is advisable to create a secure password by adding at least one number and one capital letter to it.***
