West Orange - Stark Middle School Choir Room

West Orange – Cove CISD students who are in need of one or more immunizations, to meet school health requirements, can attend a Mobile Vaccination Clinic on Friday, August 18 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The event will be held in the West Orange – Stark Middle School Choir Room.

Children that have traditional Medicaid or CHIP coverage can receive immunizations for free with a current card.

Otherwise the cost is a follows:
$14 for one vaccination
$24 for two vaccinations
$34 for three vaccinations

Payments can be made by cash or check made out to Vaxanation.
