The Mission of Anderson Elementary as a diverse socio-economic campus is to promote students who are mentally, physically, and socially prepared to achieve the expectations of their next educational level by utilizing an outstanding curriculum, experienced staff, and a safe environment with strong parents and community support.

Anderson Elementary School introduces approximately 750 youngsters to the world of learning. Fifty-five teachers introduce kindergarten through third graders to reading, writing, mathematics, science, social studies,  music, art, health, physical education, computer and library skills.  School hours are from 7:30 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
