Personal Information: This is so wonderful to be able to connect with friends from
long ago. After high school, I attended Trinity University. My parents left Orange for
Baton Rouge, so I had few opportunities to go back. I married in 1970 to Michael and after
his college graduation, we moved to Galveston for medical school. He joined the Air Force
and off to Travis Air Force Base in California we went for four years of residency. We
made it back to Texas in 1979 and located in Wichita Falls for five years. After that we
went to Hillsboro for five years. We only spent one year in Texarkana before trekking to
Kansas where we have been for 10 years. We have been married for 30 years and have four
children: Megan, 29; Matt, 25; Melanie, 21; and Morgan, 20. We also have three
grandchildren. Our daughter Megan is a TCU graduate and son Morgan is an Aggie, Class of
2002 and in the Corps of Cadets. I still have a sister and two brothers in Texas, so I get

reunion and you get behind on what is happening to folks. After high school, I went to
Lamar for an Engr. degree and then to GSU. Stayed there 7 years, quit to build houses for
