Together, we raised and educated two sons: one is currently continuing his education in the chiropractic field. My professional career consists of 20 years in various human resources positions, including Vice President, HR, for Telxon Corporation, in Houston, Texas. Telxon was purchased by Symbol Technologies in 2000, creating an opportunity for me to transfer to Symbol's McAllen, Texas facility (Maquiladora), where I currently live and work. Bryant and I enjoy the weather here, visiting our neighboring border towns, and learning about the Mexican culture. We will celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary in December, 2002.

  Personal Information:  My career included 34 years with Albuquerque Public Schools, during which time I began as a teacher in 1958, then served as a Counselor, and spent the last 24 years before retirement as Principal of Sandia High School (3800 students), Highland High School (2800 students), and Eisenhower Middle School (1500 students). I retired in 1992. While at Highland H.S., our school was named as a "School of Excellence," one of only 117 in the nation, and the only H.S. in New Mexico to be so named. It was my privilege to go to Washington and be greeted in the Rose Garden at the White House by the President. Married to Susan Lynn Honaker of Albuquerque, we have one son, Todd and two grandchildren. Susan and I both serve as Bible Teachers at First Baptist Church in Albuquerque and after 9 years of retirement, I have served as Administrator of our church since July of 2001. I look forward to renewing acquaintances at the 50th Reunion.
